YouTube is rejecting videos for monetization from some users that use my music
in their videos.
I allow commercial use of my music when users credit me.
I allow commercial use of my music also when people pay me, but don't
credit me.

What can I do to make sure that YouTube approves the use of my music? Are their any suggestions I can give users for filling out the forms? Its seems random - some get a approved, some don't.
