It seems that X Media Digital have targeted another game now. I got hit by a copyright claim, on my RAGE Let's Play (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgAT7Ho9SNE). Now, the footage is exclusively RAGE, with a black background and white text at the beginning and end. I have not gotten any complaints/claims from Bethesda, only from this seemingly non-entity company called X Media Digital.

I've seen a lot of other posts here but I just thought I'd add, just FYI and hopefully getting some attention from Google, that X Media Digital are still making bogus claims of copyright.

And unfortunately, YouTube obliges them, and removes your privileges as a matter of course... even though the company has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual footage.
