My response to anyone who's having multiples of this email show up is to block the address as soon as you get the email. Far better to block than to keep getting them.

If the header looks suspicious, delete it immediately.

I wish I could help you guys more. I personally received maybe two or three of these emails, but thankfully my email provider's pretty on the ball about spam emails and I haven't gotten another one for several months now.
