After the new Metadata and Uploads page was rolled out I found that during upload choosing the Disable option for 3D causes the YouTube app in Android version 2.4.4 to designate them as 3D anyway. Since then I have been selecting the No Preference option and this has stopped.

Isn't this kind of backwards?
