I agree that it would be more ideal to keep the older channel with the views/videos/subscribers and better username, but we are a nonprofit organization so we feel like it would be beneficial for our youtube to be a nonprofit channel. There is no way to simply convert our old channel to nonprofit, correct? I think that is what we tried to do in the first place.
