This is an idea of one artist that I accidentally met in the internet:"The internet has forever changed the way we buy, sell shop and do business. It has also changed the way paintings, literature, music and all the arts are presented to viewers across the globe. Now more than ever artists of every kind have the opportunity to reach the public by the hundreds and thousands every day. The internet also allows a more personal connection between artist and collector unlike any time before in history.

The Painting a Day movement is an internet phenomenon that will very likely garner at least a line or two in the art history books of future generations. So what exactly is it?? It is exactly what you’re probably thinking it is, an artist completes one painting everyday and offers it for sale. So why has this become a phenomenon? Serious artist have always painted everyday honing their skills and developing their unique artistic vision. Here’s why. Artists are now bloggers, writing about their work, their techniques, and their processes. They post everyday expounding on their influences and inspirations, chronicling their progress step by step, and letting the whole world watch. Art lovers and collectors are thrilled with the chance to get into the artist’s studio and watch the artist at work, to gain insight and knowledge about the inspiration for creating, and the creative process. People love to watch what an artist is doing on a daily basis, to watch their work evolve and to have the privilege to be the first to see and purchase a new work. Daily paintings are eagerly looked forward to each day and many are eager to be the first to purchase or bid on a new painting."
I think it's somehow the same as we think about YouTube. Because YouTube has more opportunities for art. It has videos in it!!! You can see the processes, you can see everything about it as if you visit a teacher( if you study art for example..) It's not only written information about art, or the work of an artist, or about their techniques, but it's VISUAL!!!
Like the name of the category "VISUAL ARTS" )))))))
It's because visual arts need to be seen, to be viewed that's why they need videos, that's why they need YouTube and that is why we all ask you about "VISUAL ARTS CATEGORY" here on YouTube..
