Can I ask what the results of that "survey" were that you guys took a while ago? I mean, I'm fairly certain I already know the results, but can you guys post them anyway just for our sake? Also, can I ask where exactly you guys get your feedback from on updates? I've checked these forums, blogs, youtube videos, and even twitter, and the majority of feedback seems to be expressing discontent with the most recent updates, and try to explain that they aren't better for the individual user.

I'm just curious where you get your "positive" feedback from in regards to these updates, and why/how it tends to outweigh the more obvious negative feedback (seeing as you guys don't listen to us much when your told we dislike something).
