A couple of questions:

If I want to subscribe only to a specific playlist by a user, is there a way to do that?  It currently seems that I can only subscribe to everything the user is publishing.

If I am looking at my subscriptions page under new videos, what is the method for removing a video from that list without watching it?  For instance, if I am subscribed to a user and they post a video I don't care about.
