That's great Karl, except that you close threads, like this one: claiming that the issue has been resolved, when it hasn't been. When you close the threads, what is it you expect people to do? Of course they're going to use other threads in which they see you're active in order to try to get resolution to issues which are still open.
The "- Rejected friends showing up in Subscription Manager" Was not fixed as claimed. I reported it up in that thread twice, with no response from employees. I went to report it a third time, one month after the claim that it was fixed, only to find that thread was closed.
Stop closing threads that are not resolved and try to have a real dialog with those people who are willing to have one with you.
