This issue is related to our syndication settings. Content owners can choose if their content can appear on mobile and TV, which means that some opt out of this option which only allows playback on the desktop version of YouTube. If you really want to see a video on the Xbox, you can choose to message the content owner and ask them to enable mobile syndication!
