I have disputed the claim, basically saying that I don't even know who Netcom is and that the game was developed by Techland and distributed by Deep Silver, and that at any rate the video is protected under the terms of fair use. but we'll see how that goes. The problem is that if my appeal gets denied by the retarded Google bot who is allowing these claims in the first place, I have no way to contact google, as I am not a partner, so if this doesn't get resolved I'm basically just going to delete and re-upload the same video, with a slightly more strongly worded dispute this time lolz. Oh well, hopefully it will all work out.... i can't imagine that YouTube isn't looking into this. It is apparently a widespread issue. I just cant afford to lose my good community standing over this bull crap I'm always SUPER contentious to make sure I am abiding by copyright, that's why this is so frustrating.
