So now you can see what ads are under review... and funny enough they are not approved in chronological order. And my videos with low views get monotized right away, while my videos that have gotten a lot of views quickly are still "pending review." There has to be something more going on here. I really do think that they just don't want to pay. 4 out of the 6 videos I have posted in the last month are still waiting review. And the two that got monotized quickly only have 2000 views. This really sucks.
