OH NO HE JUST I'I'.  One of America's top song writers got pissed over this and wrote a hilarious sarcastic song about the situation.  It says his name lots of times but he's singing about how it's obviously stolen from Britney Spears.  OMG too funny.  The name is "Youtube Monetize Button Missing Disabled Broke Problem Sucks Stuck Under Review Monetization" weird song title, great song.  Search that or just use the link below.  Apparently it takes customer support long enough that he can conceive a song, record all the parts and even make a video to it.
