Yes I'd love to actually talk to someone at Google as well. As much as I appreciate Stefanie acting as a community manager, so far all I've heard is that my posts aren't relevant to the threads in which I post them. Obviously I disagree.
I would love for an official response to my questions re loss of videos due to Google Apps and conflicting accounts.
