Liz I am sooo hoping that you can help me,

I recently added a User Name for our Company. We have our email with Google Apps. In the process there was some sort of a conflict so it (Google) automatically associated the UserName that I need with an email address that I cant access? Example Below:

Email: info@My-DomainName.com 
Google Changed it to: info%My-Dom...@gtempaccount.com 

The Problem: The Password for the UserName ,I know this was correct, will not work. When I go to every YouTube form to have the password resent to me, nothing comes to my info@My-DomainName.com address.

So I am stuck in a loop where I am trying to get my password for an account (UserName) that is not associated to the email that I gave them. In theory, if the password is being sent to the info%My-Dom...@gtempaccount.com address, I should be getting it at my info@My-DomainName.com  address but it is not getting re-directed?

Can anyone from YouTube Please Help!!!!!!!! ???
