Liz - Stephanie referred me to this thread in hopes that it will help me solve my problem but I see no viable solutions for my problem.
I manage a YouTube account (Nutracoach) which I can't access it now. At the time it was created I used an email address that about 7 months ago was moved to be handled by Google-Apps. Now I can log in with that email address and password - but I get into a new Youtube account and not the old one I had. If I try to log into the old Youtube account it fails and brings up the email address I should use (which gets me in the blank account).
I tried linking the old username to the email I sign in with and am alerted that the old username is already linked to another Google account (which I know it isn't).
I cannot edit, delete or add any videos to/with my old Youtube account. It's like a "ghost" account that exists but no one can access it, and I don't want to have two accounts.
Is there anything that can be done to restore access to my old Youtube account?? I tried (I think) everything as far as logging in and out, changing settings in Google/Google-Apps/YouTube.
Thanks.
