I manage two GoogleApps accounts, both in the same country (Switzerland) and with one of them (the older one) I can't activate Youtube Service, but with the newer I can!
Every other service is running just fine, but not Youtube.
I'm an administrator and can't see the Youtube service in the administration panel, in none of the two accounts ! But, I can associate emails with youtube accounts from one of them.
So, hey, same country, nothing to do with service availability not available there...
This situation lasts for months now.
I suppose I'll have to test the 30 days Business account trial in order to get some helpful support... |
