I have the free version of Google Apps, for more than half a year and now suddently I have problems with logging in to Youtube. I have linked my account on youtube ( ghodkiller000 ) with my google apps email ( a************et.com ) adn all was fine. But after a windows reinstallation I keep getting :

YouTube is not available for *****et.com. Learn more about Google products you can use with a************et.com.

Did you use this product with a different Google Account? Sign out of your current Google Account and then sign in to the account you want. 

This was working just fine before the OS reinstallation, and clearly had the message "This account is managed by se****et.com". I researched this, I don`t even have youtube listed as a service in google apps cpanel. (organization & users )how should I gain  access again to my youtube account  ? It doesn`t even work with the old login ( when youtube was not a google service ) and the only google account linked to this youtube account is the one that gives me that error/message (service not available )
