I've also been using Youtube with my Apps account for awhile but now I get also message that it is not available.

I'm also single-user Google Apps user (> 3 years), therefor Administrator and can't find Youtube on my "Organization & users" > Services "tab". Would be pretty happy to get it working again.... |
