I've seen you ask the question regarding the start up screen in several different topics now. If my app version isn't the same, how can I obtain the one that you will support? I also tried a reset of my tv last night in an attempt to refresh the software, and force the OS to download the latest YT app. No success there. With the other users having no success with Samsung support, I'm not inclined to go any further with them, because I expect they will send me back to YT. You state that this isn't a widespread issue, but there are several different topics covering this issue that in reality could be merged.
