All large companies are aware that their logos are used and their URL's and email addresses are spoofed to try and trick the unaware into clicking links in spam emails. What you do is to report spam you receive in your email account to your email provider, using the tools your email provider supplies for that exact issue (that's what those tools are there for). Of course, do not click any links in the spam email. If the email was already in a spam or junk folder, then your email provider already knows it's spam and you can just delete it.
