I've been using my YouTube account since 2008, and I used to be able to upload videos beyond the length cap. I am no longer able to do this due to Content IDs, and even after deleting the offending videos through a clean-up, the ID claims still stand.

How would I be able to fully revoke the content ID claim(s) to be able to upload longer videos again?
