Coming from a customer service department by myself (Siemens) I ask where is the escalation to 2nd level?
Every company dealing with customers should have a higher instance for discussing this NON-automatically.
It doesn't sound correct when people can make incorrect claims voluntarily. The "good" guys accept disputes - after posting something which sounds identically but isn#t (because performed something under PD by myself).
