I suggest you contest the claim through Youtube. I don't know if Youtube is involved in this, but IODA is acting very unscrupulously in their efforts at maximizing their profit. They are casting a huge, huge, net on videos online - some which does not make any sense at all.
For instance, I posted a short clip on Plan 9 From Outer Space, a movie that is out of copyright - a fact that can be confirmed with minimal effort.
However, Youtube/IODA claimed that I've violated IODA's copyright on the video. I almost did not contest the claim, as Youtube warned that false challenges may result in account suspension or deletion. But I went ahead anyway, and this was Youtube's response.
