Recently one of the videos on our channel began to show that error message, the other videos play fine. It works on Firefox and IE.  On our local network it works on some computers and not on others (in Chrome), likewise we have tested on exterior networks and same issue works on some but not others.

If I select 480p it'll work but many of the end users viewing this won't know to try that or to try another browser.
