If you are just waiting for the dispute to be released, and it has not been rejected by the claimant, they probably won't give out the contact details. In these cases the claim will automatically expire if the claimant does not reject the dispute within 30 days. The expiry date appears on the dispute status page.

Well, it doesn’t work for me. After receiving this notice “Dispute rejected, claim has been reinstated.” And emaling the suspected “entity” with no response I tried the get the contact info from copyright@youtube.com and got this response. “This is an automated response to let you know that your message has been caught by our spam filter. Something in your message set it off, and your message won't be read. Please don't reply to this message -- we won't get your response.”
