We can't really give you any help here. It may be that Netcom administers the rights to some of the content in your video on behalf of EA. It may be that their claim is mistaken or even fraudulant. I'm afraid we can't research this for you: if your dispute is not resolved, you'll need to take this up with EA and Netcom.
