We, too, are interested in the advanced feature set, as we are switching over from Ustream and have been very impressed with the YouTube streaming product thus far (even at 360p the entire workflow has been fantastic!).

However, when we refer to the documentation you've linked to, it says to contact YouTube with the contact info we received when we became a partner/non-profit channel. The only contact info we appear to have on file is a lone email address, "ser...@youtube.com".  Is that the email address we ought to use?

Any advice is appreciated! Thanks for helping out the non-profits (and indirectly helping fight cancer!)
