Hi, right now my Monetization tab is disabled but I think that's because it was not associated with an approved AdSense account.  I would like to associate it with the one I have now, but I can't because the tab is disabled.

My rejected ID is: AdSense Publisher ID: ca-yt-pub-4895533112976992

The AdSense ID for the approved account is: Publisher ID: pub-6235454107782684

Any help would be greatly appreciated... it is not tied to another YouTube account, and I've switched my email so both email/logins are the same for my YouTube and this approved AdSense.  Thank you!
