Strange, my reply was deleted.  Anyway, I'll await to see if this thing fixes on its own.  Just trying to justify putting resources into YouTube video production when we have been using an alternative third-party solution tied to our website (~1MM views monthly, not huge but not bad).

Appreciate the help and advice, but respectfully I have to show justification to the folks above me who I've been pushing YouTube on for the past few weeks.
