I need one thing:

The ability to slightly time shift audio to fix Out Of Sync issues.  I don't see how that'd be so difficult to implement.  You know letting us delay the audio 300ms to match the video.

Seems like OOS issues are happening much more frequently w/ WMV uploads of late....
