I have been having an ongoing issue with a member named ebayisajoke.  He real name is well known in the online fraud world and he is setting up shop on youtube selling the means to run fraud accounts on ebay and paypal and skip out on ebay or customers whenever they want to.

As an ebay seller I am VERY opposed to this type of fraud and it also happens to be very illegal.  But ebayisajoke wears a mask, hides his voice on many videos where he says illegal tactics, and he threatens anyone who reports his fraud.

He is currently making up hundreds of accounts on youtube and he is creating a lage network of his own accounts to monetize himself, attack his competition, and to create a confusing web of shill accounts to lure people into a false trust and testimony towards purchasing things from him or donating money to his frraudulatn causes.  He uses legitimat non-profits to get people to try and donate outside of the legitimate and secure donation sites.

He is a scam and I would like to provide a suggestion that youtube allow some for of deeper more research laden fraud and threats that include e-mails, PM's and videos that when watched singly are not easy to bust, but when you take his whole body of work you can see that his army of fake accounts (almost 600) and how he uses them to comment on his own videos must be reportable!

1. I suggest a way to report harassing, bullying or threatening PM's and e-mails.
2. I suggest if a person has won reporting and flagging cases routinely aggainst the same person or persons, that youtube look specifically at the repetitive nature of the member and make a call about who should go and who should stay.
3.  I suggest that if a member sees another member impersonate or use the name of a group of nonprofit or any such possible infringement that the video be "suspended" until the group is notified of the possible fraud.

I have been trying to report ebayisajoke for using the Humane Society in his video title to send people to his link where they send him money.  But the link isn't for the Humane Society, it is to him.  He is running a scam on youtube and so........

#4. I suggest that youtube use their own members who do legitimate research and take the time to find criminals, or happen to come across them, that they have a chance to be part of a "citizen safety team", that can be in the trenches and report greater and deeper dangers to the public that aren't readily seen or found by the first layer of flagging and reporting.

I am dealing with a member (ebayisajoke) who has created many accounts to harass me with PMs and he threatens me just because I caught him in his Humane Society scam.  I would hope youtube would look at his threats and take them seriously.  But alas, they do not.
