I find myself unable to block users who have changed to the recent channel-page layout.  I click the block button, however the page does not refresh, and if I refresh it, or re-navigate to it via other means, the user is not blocked.

This is rather a detriment to dealing with rude, offensive, spamming and/or trolling accounts, as I am unable to deal with them if they are using the new layout.

I've also found it impossible to block a person without going to their channel page - something you cannot do if the troll in question sets their channel to private.  As an alternative, wouldn't it be better to be able to add persons to the Blocked Users list *through* the Blocked Users list itself?  (For example, a field where you just type in, or copy-and-paste, a user's name, and click a "Block User" button.)
