In the new design 'Favorites' are available as a playlist :

- go to the 'Featured' tab ;
- click on the 'Edit' button of the 'Featured Playlists' ;
- click on the 'Select playlists to add' link ;
- select 'Favorite videos' ;
- click on the 'Add Selected' button ;
- click on the 3-stripe button of 'Favorite videos' , hold the mouse down , and move the playlist up or down ;
