I honestly do not mind the new channel design. However, what I miss that was available to the old channel design was the amount of customization the old channel design had. I would like to be able to adjust the colors used on my channel fully, since the black and gray colored gradients that cannot be adjusted look boring, and admittedly, a tad bit bad looking.
Honestly, I think all I can suggest is keep the old design's general layout, but edit accordingly to fit the new homepage, and make certain bits accessible by tab buttons.
I'm.... not too sure how to describe what I am trying to get across here, so here's a pretty rough thing I drew up quickly that more or less gets across what I'm trying to say here.
I'm not saying get rid of the updates entirely, unless enough complaints amass, but I'm sure some compromise can be figured out. |
