I Google what to improve the quality of YouTube, I suggest they boot all the little level7,8,9 minions with rude mouths who just insult people coming here for help.  Pay some peole  who KNOW something so accurate, helpful information can be given.

Also improve the reporting hate method.  Close down all animal abuse videos and their channels and report to police. 

Seriously, some real sickos use YT and Goggle is ignoring it too.
