PLEASE GOOGLE, PLEASE.  Offer an option to switch back to the old version of youtube at least!  I aboslutely HATE the new version, it's less functionable than the other version...I come on youtube to watch VIDEOS, not be drowned in useless buttons!  You've had the same google layout for google.com and the simplicity is what made it work well...WHY THE FUCK would you do the exact OPPOSITE for youtube...
