Agreed on both points , the new design looks by far uglier than the current design , and I also want to keep the current design .
But what are you gonna do when YT/Google is gonna *FORCE* us to use that new design ?

There are some issues/problems that YT/Google should get fixed before forcing us to use the new design (see my reply no. 372 to this thread) .
