Listen I don't exactly think the new layout is great but you guys need to calm the hell down. There's is some neat features with the new layout but the real issue stems from the lack of customizing channels to be unique, as every channel with this new layout will be the same type across the board. I love how google is trying to cross combine youtube with Google, as the new gmail upgrade had the same gey color as YT the only difference here is gmail upgrade is actually pretty good the YT channel design is kinda meh but has some neat stuff.
Unfortunately google and youtube are in a tough spot because whatever they do people won't like it. So why should they really listen to us? One mans garbage is anothers man gold as the saying goes.
End of the day the new channel design while nifty(same with the new uploader) just isn't partner/director friendly right now. |
