So now we can choose between the old layout made useless by the "load more" button, or the new one with sreen wasting big thumbnails arranged strictly in three columns. If I zoom out to make the thumbnails smaller, the page only appears on the middle third of my monitor because it was designed for fixed width so the three columns remain. Also, only the first few thumbnails load at paging, because of this scrolling down is choppy and slow. I don't know how much money the "developers" got for this, but they would deserve something else instead.

Feedback? There is no such thing at Google. Maybe they keep this forum for laughing at us. On a second thought, the best method to give feedback is to write it down on a piece of toilet paper, soak it with the body fluid you find most appropriate, and flush it down. It will reach them with a bigger probability than anything else.
