Isn't there a way to use pre-emptive methods to combat spam? Lime monitor upload rates? I mean, if a channel has 1,400 uploads in a matter of 2 weeks after being created.....HELLO....usually it's one of those "Youtube won't allow us to upload, so go here" spam re-direct videos. I've also noticed the redirect spammers create their channels on certain dates of each month as well.
