Look at this channel for example....1,394 spammy video uploads since April 15? Wth?

It's one of those "Youtube won't let us" deals too.

Isn't there a way to monitor upload rates by specific channels,or if you get enough spam reports & act on them, PERHAPS a Youtube employee should, I dunno,LOOK at the channel & see what's up?
