Glad I found this thread. I thought the problem was on my end, because I didn't believe that anyone would be stupid enough to think that hitting return to post a comment was a feasable idea. What a gong-show.

Is this a actual bug, or did Google/Youtube think this was a real improvement for a "user experience" (or some BS like that)?

If I have to use a giant block of text to leave a meaningful comment, I'm out.

This place is really starting to suck.
