If you are about to take legal action against them... i am with you too.

Is it useful if we all sign in a petition/paper that says they mislead the the customers to buy their dumb (smart) tv?

 

Anybody who know some legal action/experience in sueing companies would be of great help.

Let's join hands and bring these cheap marketing people down.
