it happened to me on a standard toy review I do which uses kevin macleod music ( copyright free ), the sort of content I upload every week without problems, there have been a string of youtubers who have had this occur, the really strange part is it renders the video blind on the network, you can't edit the details, set thumbnail, your video has no embedding options and no one has claimed ownership of whats been claimed and no strike against my account
