i thinking its happening to many of us and what we should do is to report or let the yt official fix this problem few days ago it happened to me also . see my post here . is it same with u . check properly

                         There is a strange thing with my youtube channels linked to my adsense account . As i tell u that my adsense is clean along with my youtube channels . Some days ago i made a new channel when i got monetized i linked my account through monetization tab by using existing adsense account . all well after that i made a few videos created using pictures means there is no copyright issue with them all content free from it with some wwe  videos too in same manner pics like many of users do . then i successfully monetized them the ads were working very well . after a day what i notice is that ads dont work or show along with those videos and in monetization tab no account is linked they simple asking again to create a new adsense or use existing .

Do anyone have idea about it or faced same problem ? is it a bug yet to be fixed or any other reason ? why this is happening to my other accounts too as i recreated 2 channels again by closing youtube account and creating again

Please give some satisfactory answers . thanks ! !
