Your parent will need to apply for AdSense using their own email and Google account.
If they have their own YouTube channel that has been offered monetization, they can apply from their YouTube channel's monetization settings tab. Otherwise, they will need to apply with a website or blog.
Before they apply both your parent and you should carefully read and understand the AdSense Program Policies and Terms.
