The footage is mine, since I recorded it myself and could not have produced the video without capturing the song on the soundtrack. If filming an international sports event, where music is playing in the background, is in violation of YouTube's terms of service, then I would be very surprised. Basically, that means if you film anything at all where a song is playing on the radio or if you film your mates dancing stupidly in a club or any other event which involves music as part of the background noise, your video will be removed from YouTube. So yes, I reckon it is pretty obvious that I did not violate anybody's copyright by posting the video :) I did appeal the copyright claim, stating that I own the rights to my video, and in a few minutes, I received a message that the claim had been released. Now I wonder how long it will be before the video is restored (There was no link to a place to appeal in the email I received, hence this post)
