This issue has become a huge concern as we are trying to launch our new web site but are still without the YouTube partnership. I'm just going to copy and paste what I posted on the other forum:

Hey YouTube, we're having the same problem over here. SpurwinkMedia was accepted for a Non Profit account through YouTube but we still don't have any branding options or any of the features. I signed up through spurwi...@gmail.com. I've tried e-mailing various sources but haven't received any help. Hope you can fix this. The program looks amazing and extremely beneficial for us.

Oh and I tried contacting Partner Support but they're saying that my message won't be read because "it appears that you are not a current partner, or the email address you listed for 'YouTube email address' is not your YouTube partner account email address." Even though I received this e-mail from you guys:

"We're pleased to inform you that Spurwink Services
has been selected to participate in the YouTube Nonprofits program!
After careful review, we chose your organization based on the strength
of your application and the potential to benefit from exposure on YouTube.
We're excited to be able to help you reach your target audience with
public service messages using the YouTube Nonprofits Program."

This has been rather frustrating but I believe we can get to the bottom of this.
