JustLeaveItAlone, allow me to explain this fully for you.
Youtube's Audioswap system has a preset library of songs. those songs are authorized for use ONLY through replacing the audio via Audioswap. You are not allowed to take the music off of Audioswap and use it that way. This is what JDoors is asking when he says, "is the music FROM Youtube or THROUGH Youtube?" They are not the same thing.
I will rephrase his question; maybe that will help you better. Are you uploading the video first and THEN changing the audio via Audioswap, or are you taking the music off of Audioswap, putting it in the video, and then uploading it? They are two different things, and if you do the latter then Youtube has every right to claim that you took their music, because you did. It doesn't matter if it was part of the Audioswap library first, if you took the music OUT of the library, it is considered to be stealing just as if you would have taken the audio from a CD and put it in your video.
